MK Space Runner BT-i: Free-spool reel with integrated Bluetooth® bite indicator
The MK Space Runner BT-i revolutionizes simple fishing, just like Matze Koch. No more bells, beepers, or swingers: This innovative reel comes with an electronic bite indicator! For the best bite detection, align the rod precisely with the bait. If a fish moves the free spool, the bite signal responds immediately. The reel is ideal for anglers who want to be flexible, react quickly, and carry less gear to the fishing spot. Of course, you can also fish with the reel without electronics and use it like a conventional free-spool reel.
Rechargeable & Theft-Proof:
Batteries are not required; the bite indicator unit is simply charged using the included USB-C cable and retains its power for several sessions. You don't have to bring the entire reel into your home for charging: simply remove the attachable cube containing the unit from the reel and charge it in a space-saving manner. A special highlight is the integrated theft protection: If someone moves the reel out of the reception range (range up to 40 m, depending on the terrain), an alarm signal sounds immediately.
Smart Fishing Thanks to Bluetooth® Integration:
The special highlight is the Bluetooth® integration in the electronic bite indicator. Like Matze's BT beepers, the reel beepers automatically connect to the launched app after switching on. Thanks to the newly developed BALZER Connect App (for Android® and Apple® IOS), you can connect up to 8 Balzer Bluetooth® devices to a single device. This allows you to use the popular MK-BT bite indicators and the MK-Space Runner reels together in just one app. Everything can be conveniently controlled from your mobile phone or tablet: volume, alarm tones (with funny ideas from Matze), vibration alarm, or flashlight on when a bite occurs. The volume on the reel and app can be adjusted separately, so you can, for example, mute the alarm on the reel. Whether you're after carp, pike, zander, tench, or eel, the Space Runner reliably indicates bites.
