Westin Swim Glidebait - The Secret Weapon for Everyone
The original Westin Swim Glidebait is already firmly established as a top lure among many professional guides, proving itself time and again on their tours for both guide and guest alike. With this easy-action lure, anyone can fish and catch fish - that's a fact. As a true multi-species lure, it's equally suited to pike, zander, perch and asp, and comes in a wide range of colors, sizes and diving depths so there's always the right model for every situation on the water.
The Swim Glidebait is fished simply by varying your reeling speed - from a straightforward 'cast and crank' technique to variable spin-stops, short rod twitches, or steady retrieves at different speeds. Worked slowly, it mimics an injured or dying fish; worked fast and erratically, it resembles a panicked baitfish on the run. Combine these techniques with well-placed pauses and you'll provoke rock-solid strikes.
