Penn Spinfisher VII Spin 4500 - The Indestructible Professional Reel for Saltwater Fishing
A reel that salt water cannot touch - that is the foundation of the Penn Spinfisher VII. Whether fishing from a pier in heavy surf, from rocks into breaking waves, or from a boat in rough conditions: the IPX5 sealing on both housing and spool keeps aggressive salt water, sea spray, and moisture reliably out. The gearing stays protected, the drag stays functional - even when conditions get truly wet. When targeting large sea fish, you need a reel with no excuses. The Spinfisher VII has none.
The full metal body with CNC-machined brass main gear keeps the gearing precisely aligned even under heavy load. The HT-100 carbon fiber drag washers in the fully sealed spool deliver 9.1 kg of smooth, consistent drag pressure. The Leveline oscillation system ensures an even, optimized line lay. 5+1 sealed stainless steel ball bearings, 6.2:1 gear ratio, 101 cm line retrieve per turn - the numbers speak for themselves.
