Fans of light perch fishing will love this rod. The ultra-sensitive blank transmits the finest bites even at a distance and offers extremely direct bait contact when fishing with light jigs. Small twitchbaits and light finesse rigs also go perfectly with this rod. The Artemis UL has enormous reserves for large perch and medium-sized pike when fighting, but even average perch are fun to fight.
