The boat rods of the Valhall series combine seemingly insoluble opposites: light, thin and yet incredibly robust! When you pick up one of these rods, you‘re sure to smile in disbelief. The entire guide section of the boat rods is also made of full carbon! That‘s what makes them so extremely durable - and yet they are incredibly comfortable in your hands and impress with their delicate yet powerful action. When it comes to the guides we deliberately avoided using guide inserts which tend to shatter in rough boating conditions and make the rod unusable. Our solid rings are made of an extremely robust alloy that can withstand even violent impacts on the side of the ship without complaint. The Boat 20 is perfect for medium natural bait fishing for example for Hake, Haddock and ling or for heavy artificial bait fishing.
