Balzer Matzes Rache - The Proven Lure for Weedy Waters
Matze's proven lure has already fooled countless pike. No wonder successful users wanted more ways to use it - especially where heavy weed growth makes fishing difficult. A freely hanging treble hook constantly picks up waterweed in such waters. That is exactly what Matzes Rache was made for.
Instead of a treble, Matzes Rache is fitted with a large double hook that folds against the lure body on the retrieve. The big hooks still stand free enough to set cleanly in the fish's mouth - while effectively preventing the lure from "raking" the bottom and weed beds. This lets you fish over and between weed fields relaxed and effectively. The lure is sinking and available in the four most popular colours.
